» "He drowns in his dreams. An exquisite extreme, I know. He's as damned as he seems...and more heaven than a heart could hold..."
age; the big 2-0
gender; *looks down* yep, I, Chris Davies, am definately male
orientation; very heterosexual
occupation; Professional Quidditch Player
blood; pure blood

affiliation; good...man
Like his father, Chris can be considered to be quite handsome. His tall, athletic figure is easily maintained through his quidditch and sports orientated background. Though unlike his father, his look has a bit of an edge to it. Not satisfied with being that son of a jock, Chris has more of a bad boy edge. His hair is almost always unkept and longer than his mother would like. It is never able to sit neatly on top of his head no matter what is done to it (though he will admit he rarely tries to tame the beast). Still, it falls with a shameless style over his green eyes. Depending on his mood he will let his facial hair grow...perhaps if his team is on a winning streak, or if he is too drunk to clean up a bit.
Despite his laisse faire attitude towards his hair, he still is able to maintain a state of casual elegance about him. His light green eyes have a mysterious air about them that no one can hope to read. With his skin able to have the darkened glow of summer far into the winter months, he can look a bit out of shorts in the harsh English winters.
Chris’ style is a bit laid back, usually a shirt that falls slightly tigher over his muscular arms, and some loose fitting jeans. He has a problem with the dress code for game days at work or press conferences as his tie is usually left undone or his shirt untucked out of pure laziness. He somehow manages to look the best when he tries the least; a talent he has perfected over his twenty years.

Chris is a rather complex individual. He can’t just be read like a simple book and he will by no means make it easier for you. He will say exactly what is on his mind without thinking of the consequences of his actions. This outspoken man of seventeen does not easily let someone in. He is a hard one to figure out, though most people don’t have a problem pin pointing exactly who they think he is.
“Jock/Anti-Jock”
So initially this is where things get a bit fuzzy. Chris grew up in a highly competitive and athletic family. His brother was captain of his respective house team while he was in school, as well as both his parents played for both their houses while in school. Chris loves the attention and adrenaline a sport such as quidditch gives him but at the same time hates the sporting atmosphere. He has a love-hate relationship with quidditch and this dichotomy of the jock/anti jock seems to be a daily struggle for the young man.
“Sarcastic”
Chris’ humour can only be taken one of two ways. You either get it or you don’t. He tends to be quite sarcastic in almost all instances and sometimes it gets the better of him. Though the few who know him well say it is only a defensive mechanism, he still uses it with the upmost ease and poise. He has no problem taking a shot at something odd or unusual.
"Impulsive" Chris doesn’t think twice about anything. Sometimes once is too much for him. He does whatever he feels like doing no matter the consequence. He is unafraid to try new things on a whim, which sometimes makes the things he does a little too dangerous for the average person. He wears certain emotions on his sleeves and takes his impulses as an indication of how he really feels about people.
“Partier”
Chris is one who is always down for a party. He loves to have fun and drink no matter the occasion. Though his extensive partying ways may have an effect on his grades, he is set out to either have a good time or drink away his worries. He likes to make friends with a lot of different crowds, making his party options mcuh more fruitful. I guess you could really call this the "Drunkard" category as well because even when there is no party in sight Chris makes it one with his drinking and his reckless ways.
“Reckless”
Frankly, he does not give a damn about much. He very much lives in the moment. This is simple, Chris likes danger. He likes the adrenaline pumping through him and the rush he feels when he beats the odds. He is not docile in any way.
“Loyal”
Despite his many flaws, Chris has it engrained in him to be loyal to the few he holds close. While he knows many people and runs in a few different circles at school, he does not have many people he would tell his life story to. He can sometimes be a bit of a loner but when those few friends need him he’ll always be around, no matter how late he may be.

other; a bothersome cat named Moose
Christopher Spencer Davies, the second of two sons to Roger and Alicia Davies. From an early age Chris was involved with Quidditch. He probably learned to fly before he could walk. His older brother Sam was almost a legend from an early age, as well as his parents’ respective quidditch legacies. Unlike his brother, Chris had to try a lot harder to attain some of the talent his brother showed naturally. The constant comparisons between the two brothers lead Chris to hate the quidditch atmosphere before he even started at Hogwarts.
Chris was a bit of a rebellious child. He always got into trouble for pulling dangerous attention grabbing stunts. These cries for attention were never taken for what they really were and thus were pushed aside by his parents. His father wanted both his boys to one day become professional quidditch players, but Chris, secretly, had other plans---or perhaps lack thereof. He didn’t exactly know what the future held for him but he didn’t want to limit himself to one thing that probably was beyonf his reach.
His brother, Sam, who had always been his idol excelled in everything he touched, while Chris merely seemed to mess things up. He was Sam’s opposite; never following the rule, sneaking out late at night, and scoring low grades on exams once he got to Hogwarts. This bad boy attitude was seen by his parents as a phase. Sooner rather than later, Chris began to tune his father’s incessant criticism out and rebelled with much more dangerous activities than had been the case when he was younger. Being the kind of son to Roger as Chris was in comparison to his brother left much to be desired.
Chris was ecstatic to reach Hogwarts and be free of his parents’ prying eyes. Unfortunately his brother took it upon himself to pick up where his father had left off. He made his house’s Quidditch team with what looked like ease. He even tried to play up how easy things were for him, trying once again to emulate what his brother had achieved. Chris didn’t much care for Sam’s new found duties, but at the same time didn’t know if he could give up on quidditch all together. He neither cared for the rules too much as well. Owls were sent home on occasion and it only seemed to progress as the years went on. His best mates James and Dawn always tried to help him out...but mostly the three of them just caused unsurmountable damage and tomfoolery to the Hogwarts population.
During his time at Hogwarts, Chris became known as the ladies man, the ultimate partier, and a damn good Quidditch player. Despite his countless unconcious efforts to sabotage his own playing career to spite his brother and father his talent couldn't go unnoticed. A team decided to take a chance on the reckless ego driven boy with a liking for the ladies and the drink. Now, going on twenty, he still has trouble managing his own demons. He doesn't know if playing professionally is what he wants to do and the only thing he can do is turn to his crutch of drink to numb it all away.
Chris had been scouted by many professional teams far before he graduated from Hogwarts (yes he did surprisingly graduate), but he squandered much of his opportunities in Britain due to his reckless reputation. The Harriers in Germany took a chance on him and signed him straight out of school. As soon as he reached legal age he moved out from under his parents watchful eye and into his very own flat. Though the relationship with his family has always been a bit strained it seemed to go a long way when he made it professionally. Still, he wonders if it is all just a sham.
Initially a team from the European professional leagues went out on a limb to sign Davies after he had ruin much of his chance of playing in Britain. He signed a contract with the Heidelberg Harriers in Germany and made quite the name for himself, on and off the pitch. After a couple of bar incidents that were covered up by the Harriers, Chris was traded and signed this summer to Falmouth Falcons. His hard, agressive play brought Chris to their attention and they overlooked his indiscretions off the field. After two and a half years away from home Chris finally returned back to Britain.
