Aria hasn't changed much since her Hogwarts years, appearance-wise. She's still thin, with long blonde hair falling past her shoulders. Her eyes are the same intense light blue, and her skin is still that like a porcelain doll's perfect and pale.
Her clothing style is sophisticated, dressy, but not always formal. She favors black jeans and blouses, and sometimes can still be seen in a black leather jacket. She's not as snobbish about her appearance as she was in school, though she does care to look good.

Aria's personality and ideals have changed quite a bit since her Hogwarts years, though the change had become evident starting after she'd met Christopher Davies. What began as a simple hook-up at a party turned into a relationship that brought out the best in her. Chris was the only one to see the true Ariabella Blackwood in Hogwarts, he was the angel on her shoulder whereas Blair Lockhart was the devil.
Nowadays Aria isn't quite as cold and unfeeling, though she isn't very social. Whenever she sees Blair, she slips back into the cold icy witch mode (a part of herself she despises). She really is a good person, she was just brought up in a dark home, and taught to be cruel.

Ariabella Isadora Blackwood was born on a bitterly cold night, January the 17th, to Isadora Lorelai and Christopher James Blackwood. She didn't scream. She didn't cry. Her parents worried something was wrong with her, but she was perfectly healthy, just...quiet. When she first opened her eyes they were a piercing bright blue. Gorgeous little eyes. As she grew older her eyes softened to a more gray-blue, but still intense color. Her hair was bright blonde and always a little wavy. Her parents were proud to have such a gorgeous baby in their life.
Ariabella grew up in a pure-blood magical house. She never attended a muggle school. Up until she recieved her Hogwarts letter at age 11, her parents homeschooled her. They taught her how to read and write, and told her what to expect when she finally attended a magical school. They showed her all the old newspapers they had saved with information from the really important magical history. That of the Dark Lord's rise and fall, and Harry Potter. They gave her their old school books to read, and her favorites were the potions books. Finally at age 11, Ariabella recieved the best birthday present she could ask for...her Hogwarts letter. Her first stop in Diagon Alley was to purchase a wand. The wand that chose her was 9 and a half inches, made of cherry wood, with a unicorn hair core. She got an owl because she didn't want to use the school owls, but she preferred snakes as pets and her parents promised they'd look after her gorgeous red cornsnake while she was away at school.
In her sixth year she smuggled her cornsnake, Severtrix, into the school with her. She was her company in the darkness, she was Aria's true pet, the owl she owned was more of a slave.
Also in her 6th year, Aria met Christopher Davies, a Gryffindor. It would be expected that since he was a Gryffindor, Aria would stay far away from the 7th year, but instead, she'd met him at a party, and they'd hooked up. There was a lot of alcohol involved, so she hadn't even noticed that he was Gryffindor, or she would not have done anything with him. The following day they figured out the truth, yet had hooked up again anyway. The two were hopelessly in lust. A 'friends with benefits' relationship continued, until they both became two attached, and Chris broke it off. However, after Chris' two best friends broke his heart, Aria was the one that ran to his side.
Her relationship with Chris changed her. It saved her. Had she not met him, she probably would have continued down the path of darkness, but he brought out the light inside of her, and led her to change for the better.
She sadly lost close contact with Chris when he left to play for different Quidditch teams, and for a while there, sunk back into her old cold, uncaring self. It took a little while before she remembered the good inside herself, and how she didn't want to be like Blair.
Now, 3 years later, she's better. Still single, still a little lost in the world. She moved out of her parents' home the day she turned 17 and has been living in an apartment by herself ever since. Severtrix died just a year ago, breaking Aria's heart, and she's grown quite lonely. She works in an Apothecary, furthering her love of potions, and has considered trying for the job of Potions Professor at Hogwarts, but fears that if she returns to Hogwarts her past will come to haunt her.
