Matt is a fun loving sixteen year old from London, England. He loves life, his friends, and a good time. He comes from the house of the lions. That’s right, he’s a Gryffindor through in through! He likes to run with the popular chique at school and definitely knows how to charm a crowd. He’s always up for a good, crazy, fun time and likes to think he can make anyone laugh.
He’s a Greyback by blood but not by heart. He’s never known his father and doesn’t want to get to know his half-siblings. He just wants to be him...though he doesn’t know exactly how to do that.
Despite his popular image he has some deep seeded insecurities within himself and his past. He would never let that affect him publically. He feels like he’s living a lie but doesn’t want to give it up just yet. He’s cool, collected, and comes off as a great, confident guy.
Matt is friends with anyone and everyone. He floats around and talks to everyone he comes across. He likes to be in a big group where there is a lot going on. The popular clique is where he calls home. Those he is closest with are generally among the same standing in popularity as he is. He knows it’s a bit superficial but then again this is highschool. While he is nice to everyone he won’t go out of his way to go into the depth of the library and hang out with some Dungeons and Dragons die-hards. Image is a bit of an important thing to him though on the inside he feels as though his popularity is an act. He has a good heart and gravitates towards those who share similar values with him. Generally, he’s friendly to all unless someone gives him a reason not to be.
Matt’s family life is complicated at best. He lives with his single mother and grandmother when he’s not at school. His mother’s mental state isn’t always there as she suffers from on again off again depression in which she has been medically prescribed medication for. This causes stress within the small family unit as a lot of weight is put on Matt by his family and himself.
Matt has never met his father, though he knows a fair bit about him from what people have told him. Despite them never meeting, Matt hates Fenrir for what he did to his mother. As for his various half-siblings things are no better. Matt doesn’t want to get to know them in fear he may be just like them and the father he so desperately hates.

Matt has had the occasional girlfriend but never anything too serious. He doesn’t like to get too close in fear of what happened to his mother. He doesn’t know what he is capable of doing and doesn’t think it’s fair for the girl to have to deal with his baggage. He is sweet and kind to all women but still feels as though he would fall short if he was ever in a committed relationship. His insecurities are sure to pop up if ever he was to develop a crush on someone.
His attitude when with his friends is one that is sweet but with an edge. He is flirtatious and witty with a killer smile and a knowing look. Though you should not let that fool you he is a hard one to crack and never lets himself become too close.
Matt is a tempermental individual. In that he probably is quick to judge and attains a fair share of enemies. He is put off by his family and in that provides a lot of conflict. Those who supported his Greyback family or friends of his siblings probably won’t like him too much and vise versa. Though his good natured humour and his general kindness makes it hard for people to hate some find a way. Matt doesn’t much care he doesn’t want to be confrontational but he will stick up for himself if there ever is a verbal altrication.
